Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 24 hours to tweak or cancel your order. After that, it’s in the works, but if you catch us within the 24-hour window, we’ll refund you within 7 business days.

We stand behind the effectiveness of our products. If you’re not feeling it, you’ve got 60 days after you receive your item to return it. Just remember, shipping fees (if any) aren’t refundable.

Damaged Items

We wrap our products with extra love, but if something arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours (we're not talking about a dented box but the product, itself). Contact us here and when we ask you, please send us a photo, and we’ll assess if you qualify for a free replacement. Sorry, we can't cover damages from regular use or wear and tear.

Shipping and Delivery

We’ll get your order out fast, but sometimes delays happen (couriers, customs—you know the drill). We cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other factors and issues that may occur during shipping. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
